I have the whole family rent from this place because they deliver on what they promise. No extra charges or hidden fees. Clean well maintained vehicles and if they don't have what you reserved, then you get a free upgrade! I have even sent my 84 year old father there and he was treated with the greatest kindness. We done Hertz!
God you guys are ridiculous!
You charged me overpriced cleaning fee TO VACUUM A CAR! $70? IT TAKES A HALF HOUR. I asked for a upgrade 4 times but your employees dropped the ball everytime.
Went to ask for a receipt and your freaking employees didn’t even know how to find my information.
Horrible horrible. They don't care to at least help you. Not welcoming at all. This is my second chance and wing be a third. They just don't care.

Horrible customer service. Rented a car two weeks ago. Had a confirmation number. Went to pick up car and was told no cars were available. They told me they overbooked and had no cars left. Guess it was just my unlucky day. The people at the rental location in Erlanger KY never offered to call around or offered me any other solutions. I called for an hour to try and get a corporate customer service person from Hertz company engaged. Finally got someone on the phone and was told I would get a call back from a manager. I'm still waiting on the call back three weeks later. They really don't care.
