Bob has been repairing my vintage clocks for more than 12 years. Service is great: Professional, timely, reasonable and friendly. I've purchased jewelry too and I've always been satisfied with their designs and estate pieces. Trust is everything. Reputation is paramount. Swinford's are terrific!
Quality has gone....worked on several pieces for my family but work completed recently is poor and they wanted me to pay more to fix their mistakes! They've lost several customers including me.
