The manager, Mack, was more than accommodating and even went out of his way to make sure that my food was free of contaminants and other allergens. He opened a fresh bag of baked potatoes that weren't treated with soy oil and agreed to prepare my food in its own space in the kitchen.

• Slow and innatentive service, decent food for the price, not terrible prices for an airport.

Waited by the empty hostess stand for 15 min. Bartender and 2 wait staff made eye contact with me. This place was not busy. This place must be making enough money in the airport to greet and seat costumers. I walked away. McDonald's did not disappoint.

When my food arrived, it was hot, fresh, and very delicious. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant to anyone with food allergies; this place gets it!

Spacious, clean, well equipped, friendly staff, bar with bartender, some complimentary food. I get in as a benefit of my credit card, so I (incorrectly) see use of the club as a freebie. My rating of 5 stars is undoubtedly influenced by considering it free. Not sure what I'd give it if I was paying full membership fees or if I used enough clubs to have a good set of comparisons, but it probably wouldn't be less than 4 stars.

• Service was pretty slow, basically my whole second half of the meal I had no waiter and the waitress didn't come around to refill it. It was not busy at all either, so I'm not sure how I got ignored like that.

I have severe food allergies and was recently stuck at CVG for over 5 hours with nothing to eat. After wandering through every concourse, I came across this restaurant. I am typically apprehensive about eating at chain restaurants because my concerns are rarely taken seriously. Thankfully, that was not an issue here.

My suggestion don't even try to eat there. We waited for 15 months nurse to be seated and NO ONE eve acknowledged that we were waiting. Waiters and waitresses walked by no comments. The woman in front of us went to the bartender and asked if we should see it ourselves. The bartenders reply was someone will see you as soon as they are available. The place was empty for the most part but no one came up and assisted us. After 15 minutes of waiting to be seated we decided the service would be just as bad as since no one wanted to serve. Worst experience ever I STRONGLY suggest you don't stop there to eat.

• The food wasn't too bad, I paid about $16 for a 6oz sirloin, that's not too bad for an airport.
