Being someone who relies upon the importance of customer referrals myself, I cannot day enough good things about Arlinghaus heating and air conditioning. They called the day before to confirm our appointment and Terrell called on his way as well.

Arlinghaus was very quick to come and give us an estimate on a new furnace and AC. Matt was very helpful with giving us reasonable quotes and helping us choose what would be best for our home. Roy and Lee did a great job installing our units and cleaned up everything at the end looking just how it was before they got to our house. They all seemed very knowledgable and were very caring to make sure everything was done exactly how we expected it to be. I would highly recommend them if having any issues with heating and cooling!

Pete came out to my house for a heating tune-up. Being a first-time homeowner, we don't know much about what to expect or do in the process of maintaining our heating/air system. Pete was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any and every question I had and give suggestions for the future. He changed out our humidifier pad and showed me how to manage that as well. I felt very at ease and reassured with the whole process and am very grateful for Pete's knowledge and kindness!
Brain called about noon and said he was on his way. Arrived about 20 minutes later, very presentable appearance and seemed quite knowledgeable. He identified the problem in about 15 minutes and explained three different type of repairs available.
Roy and Lee were fantastic! They were quick, efficient, informative and personable! They removed our old furnace/ac unit and replaced with them with new units. They were extremely polite and made sure to show me how my new units work. I have two siberian huskies who will run out of the yard and explore if given the chance, but Roy and Lee were incredibly thoughtful, making sure the gates and doors were closed behind them. My dogs loved them and so did I. We will definitely be recommending Arlinghaus to all of our neighbors, friends and family. Great company with great people!

My heating system failed around 3 am. Got cool. Called Arlinghaus at 9 am for service. Said someone could be there late afternoon. (Very good - same day.)
