Always a great customer service when I am here. I never have to worry about my dog when I drop her off and she enjoys herself due to their attention to detail. They are worth the drive if you live further out from them. I pass several other boarders coming here but they have earned my trust and business. I would recommend them to anyone hands down.
After hearing wonderful things, I decided to send my dogs here as I was going to NC & FL and couldn’t take my 2, healthy, happy dogs.
We had to stop in the area on a trip & needed a place for our nervous little shih tzus to stay for the day. They were great on the phone ahead of time & worked with me to get our shot records faxed from our vet back home after I forgot them. When we arrived, my dogs were already weary from travel so they walked is through several options for their care. I left there feeling very confident & didn't worry at all during our day away. When I picked them up they were happy & exhausted from all the fun they had! I highly recommend PetSuites & will use them again when we're in the area.
Fast forward 1-2 weeks, I go to pick them up. I walk in, wait 15 mins in an empty facility for my dogs. Which was totally worth it to see my dogs. The staff seemed nice, told me how good they were, etc.
I took them to the vet to get the kennel cough shot (which they HAD to have in order to be bordered and I had to have proof) one week later, I dropped them off, with food, toys, and a good bye kiss.
These people are great, I highly recommend them for caring for your dog while you are away. They very clearly love dogs/pets, and they are very personable. Every time we pick up our dog, they tell us some detail about his stay that they remember, whether it is"oh man, he loves his playtimes" or "he really likes those dental treats, doesn't he?"
The entire facility is very clean, with none of the order you might expect with 100+ dogs. They have no breed restrictions for boarding, except high risk breeds get individual playtimes (at no extra cost).
1 day after being home, they had a cough... this goes on for 3 weeks, until it finally goes away. How did my dogs get this? I know, my dogs were NOT sick when I left them in their care. Which means, not only my dogs had gotten sick, but maybe others. It was so sad to watch my beloved babies cough so bad they were gagging..
In the end, I have found a nice lady who owns a nice, small kennel to take my dogs too. And my dogs have never once left her care, sick. And she’s one lady, taking care of 8 dogs at a time, not including her kids and pets...
We have boarded our boxer sisters here several times over the last year and a half. Never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and loving. We know they have a lot of dogs to care for. This is just how it is when you are boarding your dog. We have peace of mind because we know that they are safe and cared for.
